Frio Star has more than 30 years in the national market in projects that involve air conditioning, ventilation, extraction and technical support for all the projects that we design and install.
Frio Star‘s service is based on speed and quality all over the country in public and private institutions, regardless of the hours that are required. Additionally, we serve residential and industrial clients.
We have a highly qualified engineering department to design solutions and improvements to your air conditioning systems. Our service workshop is equipped to give you an effective solution to breakdowns. Within services, we also manufacture steel and metal structures.
Another important aspect is that all our technicians are certified by MINAE for handling all types of refrigerants, which is required by blue flag certification.

The maintenance plans are not rigid, they are designed according to the client’s needs and are adjusted to what the equipment needs and the available budget, for this reason, we work with each client in a personalized way.
However, some of the packages we offer are:
- 100% Preventive Maintenance consisting of cleaning and lubrication
- Preventive Maintenance with minor inputs (terminals, cables)
- Semi Corrective Preventive Maintenance includes minor repairs with the supply of the part.
- 100% Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, includes all repairs, without materials, covered labor, the customer assumes the cost of the replacement and the technician places it.
- Maintenance with 24/7 emergency call attention, immediate attention is guaranteed within a maximum period of 2-3 hours, depending on the customer’s location.
